Review Appraisers Wanted:
The U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) is looking to back fill two (2) review appraiser positions in the Multifamily Northeast Region covering Maine to Virginia. General Certified Appraisal License is required as well as 3+ years of commercial appraisal experience with an emphasis on multifamily appraising. Knowledge of LIHTC valuations, ground leases and valuing tax abatements is a plus. Duty stations are Boston, MA, New York City, NY and Baltimore, MD with telework available. Salary range is $105,654 - $142,595 per year, depending on qualifications. These positions require travel. This job posting is open from 4/28/2022 to 5/13/2022. Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. National.
