2025 Skip Seward Real Estate Market Update Seminar

This day includes discussions of the state of the local economy and an update of the Commercial, Industrial, and Residential real estate markets in the Baltimore-Washington Region. This seminar is oriented toward appraisers, brokers, bankers, developers and others in the commercial real estate industry.
Presenters will focus on property types, with each offering a detailed look into the health of the market, key market indicators such as vacancy and rental rates, construction and absorption data, submarket statistics, notable transactions, capitalization rates, and overall outlook for 2025.
Six hours of CE are PENDING with the MD and DC Boards of Real Estate Appraisers!
CE approval is also being submitted to the MD Real Estate Commission.
